licensed in real estate, she builds on her previous experience as a licensed agent from 1998
to 2010, offering clients a well-rounded and seasoned perspective.
In addition to her real estate background, Kimberly owned, operated, and managed gas
stations in San Luis Obispo from 1997 to 2022. This hands-on business experience
sharpened her skills in negotiation, financial management, and customer service—qualities
that directly benefit her real estate clients today.
Kimberly has extensive experience with 1031 exchanges and real estate investments, both
personally and on behalf of her clients. She understands the complexities of building wealth
through real estate and is committed to helping clients make informed, strategic decisions
whether they are buying, selling, or investing.
She specializes in the Central Coast communities of San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, Pismo
Beach, Shell Beach, and Avila Beach. Her strong ties to the area are both professional and
personal—her son attended schools in San Luis Obispo and was actively involved in the
community through competitive club soccer.
